What is the return policy?
We accept returns within 28 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags attached. Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund or store credit.
When will I get my order?
Orders placed Monday–Friday before 3 pm are processed and shipped the same day.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be sent the next business day. Delivery times vary depending on location, but most NZ orders arrive within 1–4 working days
Are any purchases final sale?
We are unable to accept returns on certain items. These will be carefully marked before purchase.
Where are your products manufactured?
Our products are manufactured globally through trusted partners in China. We carefully select each manufacturer to ensure our pieces are crafted to the highest standards of quality, craftsmanship, and fair value.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
